The store was fine, but one blonde lady told me to take the dog out of the store (I was holding a 2-month-old Maltese in my arms, I didn't let go even for a moment) I felt very bad because we weren't doing anything like that, I took it as if she was asking me to leave, my son left dog, but it didn't bother me that I was treated this way, I approached the other lady and asked if I could enter the store with a dog in my arms. She replied that of course it was, because Action is not the only place in Poland that accepts and allows animals in the store (or something like that), so I asked why my friend told me to walk the dog I was holding in my arms, she said that probably not everyone was informed about it and that she would raise the issue at the meeting... At the cash register, I also spoke to the lady who was very rude to me, and she didn't say anything, I didn't apologize or that she didn't know... Maybe not everyone likes the idea of someone entering a store with a dog, but they keep the rules of cleanliness, I don't eat food and I don't let the dog run loose....

Action is a store with various products, mostly household ones, the prices are affordable, there is a lot of space between the shelves, a person in a wheelchair can move freely, the shelves are not high, you can easily reach the selected goods. The store is clean and the staff is nice. There is a parking lot with three exits in front of the store. There is also an Aldi supermarket on the same square.

I do not recommend advertising products in this store. The lady who is delegated to these activities (a blonde with glasses) is terribly rude, talks to customers and has an attitude straight from the movie Miś "we won't give you a complaint, what will you do to us?" The complaint to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection has already been submitted, and the lady should think about yourself, because I think she wouldn't be happy if she was on the other side.
